Morning exercise: 20 min treadmill program

Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Greek Chicken Salad (less dressing this time!)
Dinner: PC Thins bagel with avocado spread on it, and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Side of grilled mushrooms. Maybe too many mushrooms if there's such a thing.
Had some juice too.

I tried a strawberry banana protein shake. Just mixed with water. Barf. It tastes like flavoured water... but not good. I think it'll be better mixed with like yogurt or something.

Exercise: 45 Minute boot camp in evening.

Some of my friends are going for Korean BBQ tomorrow night. I reaaaallly wanna go. More so for the company and cause I don't get to see some of them very often. But, the last time two times I did "all you can eat" I woke up with chest pains. Sooooo, I'm out.

Saturday I'm at the parent's house. They have all kinds of temptations there. It will be a struggle but I'm gonna do my best!
Breakfast
Granola cereal with 1% milk

Lunch
Greek Salad. Romaine lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, chicken and greek dressing.

I may have had 2 chocolate covered pretzels. Sue me! TWO!

Dinner
See photo below :) Asparagus, turkey and 2 hard boiled eggs. Too much protein? Juice. I uploaded the nutrition info for the juice. I feel it is deceiving and not as good as I think.



Exercise: 1 hour personal training session. Legs/core.

Day 1.

Breakfast 7 a.m. 1 Banana and Strawberry Banana juice from Sun Rype. The ingredients seem ok but what the hell do I know!







Snack 10:30 a.m. Bunch of toasted unsalted almonds


Lunch 12:30 p.m. Spinach salad with light balsamic dressing. Bagel (PC "thins" more crock of shit lies? Are these healthy??) Put extra lean turkey on it and a slice of mozzarella cheese.


Dinner 6:30 p.m. Veggie wrap from this place called Ravi Soups. Delish. Whole wheat tortilla, roasted peppers, eggplant, sweet potato, spinach and brie in some chipotle tomato sauce.

Later night snack? 9:30 p.m. Avocado smushed up with bit of light sour cream, some cheddar cheese and salsa. Holy crap, read the ingredients on the salsa. Yea, bye bye. Never eating that again! I'm going through some changes in my diet. Hard now cause I still have food in my fridge I'd just like to finish. I mean, I payed for it... I'm going to eat it. Almost done, by this week-end I should be able to go grocery shopping for a fresh start. Exercise: 20 Minute treadmill program.
